Hi! I’m Shayne Lawson. I’m originally from Giltner but moved to McCook in 2018 after graduating from PTA school.

I met my now husband, Adam, in 2019 and we currently reside in Hayes Center where he farms and ranches. We have a son, Bennett, who just turned one in June! While I miss the convenience of living in central Nebraska, I have come to love and appreciate the slow paced lifestyle and beauty that is Southwest Nebraska.

I am a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and have been in the Physical Therapy field for almost 7 years. I am passionate about helping others feel their best not only physically but mentally, emotionally and spiritually as well.

My recent postpartum journey has given me a whole new perspective on the importance of taking care of our mental and emotional well-being which has been a large part in my decision to pursue a certification in Health and Wellness Coaching with my focus being on healing mentally and emotionally.

 

I’m so excited to bring another service to Elevate, McCook, and the surrounding communities in Southwest Nebraska!
